Great service
staff was superb! But!!!! the assistant put incorrect info in for my meds. the number one thing you DON’T do!

Long wait
Long wait, poor organization that allowed later arrivals to be seen ahead of early arrivals.

Absolutely the worst service I have…
Absolutely the worst service I have ever received. I ended up leaving without even being seen. Went to another office and was treated promptly and with respect. If you value your time or want to be treated properly DO NOT GO HERE

The doctor did not test for flu when my…
The doctor did not test for flu when my son reported his symptoms and had to go 4 days later to his pediatrician. Tested positive for Flu B. It was too late for Tamiflu since he was over the time limit for using. I wont be back.

I am not quite sure why I keep getting emails to review bettermed urgent care. I've left plenty stating my fair share of details as to why I will not be returning nor will i recommend them to anyone I know. Just be aware that by going to better med, you're not going to get decent medical attention, and you'll be treated terribly by most members of staff.

Quick Sign-in But Over Reaction by Doctor
Quick sign-in process and wait for doctor was minimal. However, I felt the doctor's assessment was alarmist (e.g., recommended going to ER for additional testing). I ended up leaving the Urgent Care and seeing another doctor who quickly resolved the issue without any need for additional (unnecessary and costly) testing.
