The PA had horrible bedside manner.

The receptionist was rude and totally obnoxious. I won’t be back.

Amazing customer service and no wait time. Everyone at the Ashland Branch did an amazing job.

Waited too long for 3 patients in the clinic while I was there.

I got back almost immediately and was seen by the provider quickly. I got an x-ray and labs drawn in under 30 minutes. My only concern is that the provider and clinical staff were discussing me in the desk area in the middle. I could hear everything being said even with the door closed. I could also hear conversations about other patients. Seems to be a potential for a HIPAA slip. You may want to rethink that design.

Staff was very kind and courteous. They referred me to the ER so that I could have a test done that they couldn't do there.
