The Better Med that I dealt with gave…
The Better Med that I dealt with gave me superior service. I needed a COVID PCR test within 72 hours of my flight to Turkey and they were able to do this easily for me. Everyone was pleasant and carried out their job efficiently. I give this branch in Chester a five star rating!

Told me fibula was fractured sent me to orthopedic and they tell me there is nothing wrong.

BetterMed has proven to be extremely helpful to our family. The location is convenient, we have never had a wait, and the online check-in capability is outstanding. The providers we have had at BetterMed have always been warm, empathetic, and professional. No long waits in the room. Providers are knowledgeable, down-to-earth, and spend time with you, happy to explain things fully and answer questions. Can’t say enough good about these folks. Urgent care done right!
