Amazing all the way around! From the front desk to the nurses and doctors!

I have been to BetterMed probably 3-5 times in the last 2 years. The facilities are clean and modern. It is easy to check in and you are called to the back almost immediately. The doctors and nurses are top notch and I always leave satisfied with the entire process.

Because of my practioner and her kindness, knowledge, and patience I was able to avoid my illness becoming something that could have killed me! You're the best!!

Fast friendly staff. Felt like they followed good protocols

The decided to diagnose something I was not even asking about. I knew I had a sore throat. I went in for another reason.

Mary, the NP, is the BEST! She diagnosed (on spot) my injury, when another MD SAID, “0h it’s probably just a muscle strain. As a retired pharmacist, even I knew a DX X-Ray should have been performed by the MD To rule out certain issue(s). Mary said I needed to see my PC on the follow week, just to confirm her DX. I did, on the following Monday and his pre-MRI, X-Ray confirmed Mary’s clinical thoughts and findings. OrthoVirginia confirmed Mary’s, (the NP’s), preliminary findings.

Facility was clean, no wait time, the PA I saw was friendly, patient and thoroughly explained everything they did. I'm in my 40's and blessed to never have needed stitches until that day. She guided me through the process and I felt very cared for. Billing was very accurate and expedient.
