Bidesk shutdown and went away with my money. Was a scam after all

I'm sad to say that using this platform caused a lot of losses during the trading process. Seems like the low volume is a breeding ground for sharks. You've been warned regarding the shady tactics... Or you're reading this message after you lost your coins. I sincerely hope that regulation and oversight that ensues will cause this exchange to go under. Love, peace and chicken grease.

Bidesk steals via delisting and won't help. After being hospitalized for quite some time, I went to my bidesk account and found out that 2 of my cryptos were missing. They were delisted while I was sick and now I can't get them back (both cryptos are still alive and active - LCX and RAVEN - on other exchanges). They do not respond to my emails and, apparently, if you can't withdraw the coin within a specific time (2 weeks), you're out of luck and the exchange just got free money. They also make zero effort to communicate directly (email notification) when delisting is about to occur (all too often w/exchanges).

scam, i deposited few tokens and they are not available in bidesk.com web app

Tried staking my USDT. They held $36k for 7 days at 3% paying me only $1.92. I requested to refund all staked funds after quitting the staking. From 8 attempted requests only one rep responded but offered no solution. They would not release my funds for 7 days now. The Worst customer service, lost all my funds. Telegram admin keep removing me and deleting my messages. Looking for ways to bring them to responsibility for stealing funds. If you read through you going to find a lot of complaints in their group.
