Initially, I had a lot of trouble getting in touch with anybody to get product support. But once I was able to reach someone the help was exceptional, and I was able to make the initial item somewhat functional, and given that the item was not working properly they offered me a new item so I would encourage people to reach support to reach and support person their help and the actual device are extremely as well if you're traveling and don't have your own bidet.

The original one I bought had its rubber seal on the tip break, spewing water everywhere. This was only after less than 6 months of usage. It was still under warranty, so they sent me a new one free of charge.

Solid performance overall. Removed one star for two quibbles: the extender arm is a little too long making it hard to maneuver the device into position without it hitting your body or the toilet seat knocking the arm out of alignment. Also, it’s too easy to accidentally push the start button when attaching the water reservoir to the device. I still recommend this device though!

you delivered the product I ordered. No false advertising.

It would be good if the buttons were bigger and also the instructions were so incredibly vague. You should have someone in the US translate them into a coherent set of instructions.

Customer Service is great. Easy and comfortable to use. Only improvement might be to make the cover over the charging port more secure
