My friend loved the giftbox. The website was a bit confusing.

Thank you Gigi, so glad your friend loved the gift. We are always looking to improve so I would love to know what part of the process was confusing so I could look into it. Thanks!

The site is easy to use, the products are creative and exciting. The delivery was smooth, and the recipient was super impressed with not only the gifts, but the packaging, style, and overall experience. My only feedback is that I would like to see a few more gender-neutral gifts and/or gifts for men. Many of the options, while great, were better suited to a female recipient. Thanks!

Thank you Doc for gifting with us! Appreciate the feedback! We initially had a lot of options tailored towards men, but had to scale back because a lot of our build a build a box customers weren't creating giftboxes for men. We've been trying to change those tides!
