I only got half my order. Call and they said they would send it out over a week ago. Nothing.

There was a confusion with the fulfillment of this order but it has been rectified and Justin has received his order in full.

We communicated within 2 days of the order letting the customer know we are going to be delayed on their order for at least a week. Like nearly every business, large and small, we're dealing with supply chain issues.

First my order was “returned back to them” somehow so it never made it to me. I finally receive the shipment and it is the wrong item. I have emailed twice with no response. Will never order from them again which is disappointing because the dang sticks were great.
