I purchased TurboTax Deluxe from Big Home Tax order number 21802. Subsequent to my purchase the license was canceled by Big Home Tax according to Intuit. I reached out to Big Home Tax to obtain a working license code but they are unresponsive. The software they sold me DOES NOT work as a result. If Big Home Tax responds to my request for a working license I will post here. If they don't respond they have defrauded me.

This is the third year I have purchased Turbo Tax. The company provides good service and I have been happy with my purchases

This is my third year of buying TurboTax from Big Home without a hitch. I've already started my 2024 return. Pricing was much better than the competition in 2022 and 2023. This year Costco at this time has it at $56 plus a $10 coupon you could use on your state upload fee, so it was basically the same price because Big Home doesn't charge sales tax.

I bought TurboTax Home & Business two years in a row from Big Home Tax. Last year there was a minor kerfuffle but they quickly resolved it. This year, so far, no issues. Will buy from them next year. Good service when there is an issue and great price compared to TurboTax web site price!
