Great Price, Easy Instructions
The price was fantastic, the instructions were fairly straightforward for downloading the software and communication through the site and email were on point.

The instructions were a touch hard to understand
It was a little slow to download the software, because I had trouble with the instructions understanding them, but when I realized what they were telling me, it went smooth and installed the software. I have opened the software and pulled in last years data and ready to go when the forms start coming from the companies.

Wouldn't give a refund after I…
Wouldn't give a refund after I accidentally ordered the wrong product, immediately requested a refund before the download link and activation code were sent, and then they sent the activation code instead. Then claimed that they couldn't refund it because they sent the activation code.

We are sorry for your bad experience. However, we have a policy on refunds for digital products. You have read and agreed to it before purchasing. Just like Amazon, Bestbuy, or Samclub,... we are a retailer that cannot refund completed orders. We are very clear here. https://bighometax.com/refund-policy/
