The license code initially provided did not work. They were able to provide a new one within a few hours which got me back to doing my taxes :-)

Free Federal e-filing for H&R Block…
Free Federal e-filing for H&R Block does not work. I receive a message : " The activation code you entered for free federal e-filing has reached it's limit". Used activation code?.. Tried contacting them and no response so far. Will update this review if this gets resolved

H&R Block software-activation code doesn't work
Purchased H&R Block software, it will not allow ANY of the 5 free federal e-filings, says the activation code has reached its limit (I've not even filed one). Contacted via email and SMS, no response. Then I read the reviews here. I'll have to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge. Never again.
