Every time I have a question or even a small problem...BigScoots is always prompt in their reply and will be as thorough as I need them to be. I never feel like I am being talked down to or that I am an inconvenience. I love their customer service!

Every experience I have with BigScoots is a positive one. I count on them to be there when I don't understand things. When things go wrong, they are very diligent to help in every way possible. I must admit there have been a few user errors, but they were patient and walked me through the experience.

Bigscoots is a fantasticwebhost. I have been using the for years,their plaform is extremeley user friendly and easy to use. It is fast modern webhosting with excellent customer service. Whenever I have had a problem the customer service team answers within 5 minutes and resolves it. So, in a nutshell it is well worth the money.
