Misleading prices on the the website - it says that taxes and fees are included, but this may not include all taxes and fees! Once I booked, I saw that there is an additional tax which was 25% on top of the price charged by billabook. I emailed three times to query this over a week, but my emails were ignored.

I made two reservations and one was confirmed, the other was not but from my bank account both were withdraw. I contacted support to resolve this issue and since I needed urgent confirmation for second booking we agreed very fast to proceed without refund but confirming the one that was failed but paid. Satisfied with proffesional attitude and problem solving.

Just booked a trip to Jamaica for what I thought was great prices until I found another price but unfortunately this company is refusing to price match at the moment. Customer service as of yet is not the best However Billabook is a legit booking company. I verified with the hotel they did receive my order.

Had cancelled my booking 96672 almost a month back and still no refund. Several e-mails sent and no response and live chat is not working at all. You better avoid it before you got scammed!! All legal action are taken, waiting for the outcome.

Took the money and booked the wrong hotel - NOT the one named on their site or the one they had photos of. Will now need to dispute the transaction with the bank to get the money back!

Total scam. Do not use them. Booked with them, no room was available when I got to the property. They agreed to refund my money. To date they have not done so and have avoided all my emails. Edit: I eventually received a refund from Billabook and have therefore adjusted from 1 star to 2 and changed my title. I would still not recommend them at all but felt it was necessary to be honest in my review.
