Old school customer service with the personal touch! You don't find that with the big chain stores! Yeah cyclegear you need this, quit hiring rocket surgeons and bro riders! The best prices I've found on performance parts, with quick shipping and the follow up service to boot! I had some confusion on my order, and when I called about it Mr Bill himself answered within a couple rings. He was very helpful in answering my questions, and taking care of things.
