Do Your Homework. Eyes Wide Open.
I wanted to share my experience so other potential customers know what to expect and management can address their severe quality control issues. The unit failed to operate straight out of the box. Upon inspecting the internals (yes, we had to go that far), we found that a critical part was completely omitted during assembly: there was no key connecting the motor output shaft to the pump shaft. Because the splines were empty, the motor could not engage the pump at all. My brother had to go out, purchase raw metal stock, cut a custom key, and reassemble the unit just to get water pressure performing.. Customer support was disappointing after several email exchanges, a dozen photo and videos proving the product was defective. Between the misleading product origins (I believed I was buying American-made) and non-existent quality checks before shipping, this entire process has been a frustration and unproductive process. I strongly advise caution before buying. I hope the company takes this feedback constructively to correct their assembly process and improve their customer service.
