very slow to provide report report is confusing and does not include enough useful information

Hi Lynne! It sounds like you received one of our early generation 1 tests that did not include nutritionist recommendations. All tests now include complimentary written recommendations from our team of nutritionists that give you specific actionable recommendations based on your results. You also have the option to speak with a live nutritionist about your results. Regarding the time, several months ago we did have a few customers who experienced a slow down in test processing time due to a spike in the number of samples we received for testing. However since that time, our lab has added substantial additional testing capacity, and turnaround time is no longer an issue. That doesn't make it any less frustrating for you and the others who experienced the slow down, so if you could email us at [email protected] we'd like to figure out a way to make up for the slow timing you experienced. - BIOHM Health

I have been using the regular probiotics for close to a year now, taking them right before bed. I've tried others, recommended by naturopaths, doctors, refrigerate or not, etc, and these are the first that I have really discovered a change in my gut. I used to react randomly to foods where some days I could eat it with no reaction, and other days I react badly to the same thing, with no rhyme or reason. That has significantly improved 10 fold since taking the probiotics. I've even recommended them to several friends with finicky guts and all have had great response to them. Thank you for making a quality product!!!
