I recently started with Biome Secret and I highly recommend this product! It is delicious and conveniently fast to prepare. Simply mix a package of powder with 16 Oz of water and take with 2 capsules! That's it! You've got all the energy you need for the morning!!!

The shake flavor is really good, you need the blend the shake throughly otherwise you will be drinking clumps. 40 grams of protein is good but after adding 16 oz of water I add a protein shake which adds 30 grams of protein. I can do one shake and 2 small snacks and I set for the day. Delivery was fast and order taking was easy.

Excellent product. Good flavor: I actually want to drink this stuff, not just pinch my nose and choke it down! It is really helping with my weight loss. I feel full for hours after taking this.

Its easy to order. There are no persistent reminders to re-order - you go at your own pace. I read a bunch of reviews prior to starting - they were honest and true. I have found that I like the vanilla caramel the best. I mix 1/2 pack with 1/4 pack of the chocolate and add in a bit of decaf coffee powder and mix it in my vitamix with 16 oz of water, then I pour it over a bit of ice. Its the perfect flavour combo for me. I find that if I use an entire pack with the 16 0z, the shake is too granular in texture for me. I am seeing slow and steady results. about 1 pound a week. I still need to add in more regular exercise. I am not craving sugar as much as I used to. My gut has easily adjusted to the fiber load ( I eat a lot of fiber anyhow). It does fill you up well. I am very happy with my decision to purchase this product. I am 64 yo, post menopausal. Our physiology is very different that a younger persons.
