I liked the course
I liked the course, it was well-organised and the content flowed nicely. Just found it a bit repetitive, especially when it was slide progression and the same voiceover.

Not enough feedback
There is one thing that made me to rate like this. Your support don,t respond to my e-mail about certificate problem.

Effective online training program
I appreciated the format of the cGMP course offered by Biopharma Institute. It was easy to navigate through the educational information and questions, and ultimately the final test. The information was presented in a clear concise way, and the voice over helped me engage better with the material, too.

Your free GMP course doesn't all…
Your free GMP course doesn't all certificate to come up after the programme is completed it immediately block access to certifcate

I have looked into your training records, and the reason your certificate has not launched is because you have not completed the final assessment. You must log in and click on the link for the final assessment and complete the assessment with a score of 80% or better to earn the certificate. You will also be issued a digital badge once you have completed your training.
