Everything was great from order placement through the delivery process. Unfortunately, the birds didn't leave...I tried multiple settings and the birds just stand next to the device while it is going off. I would really like to return the product. Rene in Webster, TX

So far so good! Received the Bird Spider in very short time. Some of the wire legs were kinked in the box. I straightened them the best possible. So far it seems to be working.

The cost of the bird scare devices I ordered was low. The quality was also a little lower than I was used to. However, the shiny ribbon and scare eye balloons did work.

Shipped wrong size netting. Quick call and they promptly corrected mistake. If not for wrong netting I would have given 5 stars.
