Great Customer Service

I only order swatches so far. The first time I order the floral ones they didn't have a floral pattern on them and they resent me new one no charge. Even tho they was only swatches and it got to me within 2 days.

Only for the fact that I have a great interaction over chat with help w my refund. Nothin like how it looked beyond the color. Straps in the shoulders are 100% different in the photo and the pockets didn’t line up. Other than the good customer service. That was about it for me. Hopefully maybe something else if better and for me this one just wasn’t it.

Ordering was easy and the return process was even better.

Customer service - they were incredible to work with and truly valued the customer's needs. They were so easy to work with as far as returns and exchanges for different sizes. I was so happy with how the company handled our situation with a child who outgrew her dress over the summer!
