Bish's Omaha failed on multiple counts
Bish's Omaha failed on multiple counts concerning our "brand new" Brinkley. Glad we paid a 3rd party inspector who discovered the company had damaged the trailer in relocation and tried to pass it off to us as new After a full new axel system (tires, shocks, springs. Etc) we thought all was good. Nope. When signing paperwork we discovered errors which we thought had been corrected with the new forms we were given. Today a month later we received correspondence which included a copy of the rejected state paperwork and a refund check for the sales tax they collected but no cover letter explaining the errors or an apology for the headaches they've caused. As we have no license for the rig it is unusable until we drive 2.5 hours each way to get new paperwork (of course we could wait another month for them to mail it to us) deposit their refund check, wait for the bank to clear their check, then drive 6 hours each way, pay for a hotel, and wait for the DMV to open to take care of this. (Again we could save the drives and hotel but that could involve even another month we couldn't use our new camper) Guess they tought us not to pay cash for a $130,000 RV as we could stop payments on a loan and let the bank fight with both them and us... causing even more headaches) Bottom line... DO NOT BUY FROM BISH'S RV IN OMAHA!
