Product is decent. Massively let down by the EXTREMELY slow and incompetent first line customer care (despite being a paid member) each time you contact them expect a min 2 day reply. Bulk uploading of links doesn’t work if you are redirecting to the same link. Instead you have to add “UTMs” which is time consuming for each one. I have now moved to another provider where bulk uploading works and emails are responded to in a couple of hours max. Bitlys 2nd line support is far more responsive in the 2 times I had to reach out. Just to respond to each email takes 2-3 days minimum and up to 5 days!! Only good if you are doing ad hoc links here and there and using the free account- Only getting two stars for this reason otherwise 1. Avoid if paying and expecting support.

Wow burly was a good company to provide good service to manage digital content it was very fast and good company I am very satisfied their work I really recommend it

What a the worse company ever. They don't comply with GDPR. Their emails that I receive everyday don't even include a link to unsubscribe. They are the biggest spammer ever. They should be blocked and people working for this company should be ashamed of themselves!
