I have a sweet but rebellious kitty who won't let me touch her paws or ears. I will have to force her into a carrier to get her to the vet for routine health screenings and a mani-pedi. I was very happy to find Bivvy since I know that vet expenses are pretty high. This program will help me take care of Miss Kitty and help her live a longer, happier life.

It isn't Bivvy's fault but I wish there were a way to have known that both of my pups didn't have the same insurance. I thought i signed them both up for the same thing but I guess I didn't. Now I have lost out on reimbursements I could have had if that one box was checked. Now I had to cancel the old policy and restart a new one so that I can have him covered as the other one is.

Hi Sheila, we're sorry if there was any confusion during the sign-up process. If there's anything Bivvy can do, please do not hesitate to reach out.
