Pretty dang easy
Pretty dang easy. I had some questions that the FAQ didn't really cover, so I called them and they answered all my questions. Looking forward to using this to cover some minor expenses. :)

It was easy to sign up even if you dont…
It was easy to sign up even if you dont have a lot of money. My cat has been having seizures and may need meds for the rest of her life so this insurance really will help us.

Make it easier to find the waiting period
There needs to be an easier way to see what your waiting period is. Unfortunately for me my poor pup had more problems than I expected and I got pet insurance to help with that but was not aware of the waiting period.
