Very good website everything explained well. The price and extra wellness plan is awesome. Like having a two for one plan. Great coverage.

I signed up and paid, now I need information on when it's available and what it covers! I have seen nothing since I paid, makes me very suspicious..
Response from Bivvy Pet Insurance· May 13, 2020
Hi Adele, welcome to Bivvy! You can access all of your policy information for Liberty Lou in the pet parent account you created when signing up. (https://bivvy.com/login) As for your first payment, it hasn't been made yet. It won't be due until June 5, which is 30 days after you signed up. Reach out if we can support you further!

I filed my first claim it couldn’t have gone any smoother the only thing I would say it’s not to say that the claim was denied but was applied to the deductible. Everything else is great.

I found better insurance with trupanion!! 0 deductible and 52 monthly. They don't cover pet wellness (shots, grooming, deworming, etc) but everything else is covered.
Response from Bivvy Pet Insurance· May 13, 2020
Hi Renita, we wish you and Kobie the best. If you change your mind and would like to save $41 every month on accidental and illness coverage, we'd be happy to offer you affordable protection once again. Remember, Bivvy also offers Wellness Care to support preventative and routine care in addition to our right-size pet insurance. Keep us in mind!
