This application process is the easiest I have ever completed. I even applied for my 7 yr old cat & it was approved.

It was very easy to sign up for this Insurance. And the policy looks good and it was explained well.And this policy will save me $32.00 over what I have now. Sounds like a win win to me!!

It was very easy to sign up I don't understand the part of waiting 30 days in case my pet gets sick and I would like my transaction taken out the 1st of every month

Hi Delores, your waiting periods started the day you signed up. This is a one-time period for illnesses, it doesn't apply to each future illness. As for your premium payments, we're not able to schedule those for a date at this time, however you can move your payments to manual and make them with a credit or debit card each 1st of the month.

Hi Louise, we don't use insurance cards! With Bivvy you can go to any vet and we reimburse you directly.
