It was definitely easy and I had a couple of questions but I can always call if need be.

This is great! This is like a major medical plan. Others charge big bucks and cover pretty much the same...not much covered for annual standard care but cover most of the major issues that crop up and suck your savings account dry, or you have to put your pet down. Bivvy covers the major big items but does not cost an arm and a leg monthly for coverage. This is more like it!
