Super Easy to sign up
Super Easy to sign up. The lowest price I have seen so far. Now my dog is covered :)

So easy to sign up with,even my dogs could do it.

not the easiest thing to do
not the easiest thing to do, to add pet to an existing account it is very confusing you should have better instructions

Hi Lisa, we're sorry to see it wasn't easy for you! In the future if you'd like to add a second pet, please log on to your pet parent portal and click Add a Pet. This will push you through a streamlined sign up process.

I can't believe you wait till after we…
I can't believe you wait till after we sign up to tell people how long the waiting period is before they can use it for certain services... 12 months for orthodontics?!...you should let people know in advance...before they sign up

Hi Cathlene, we agree it should be communicated! That's why we share our waiting periods on our website prior to sign up and within the sign up flow. In the sign up flow we go over the waiting periods again on the Review Coverage page. Additionally, our 12 month orthopedic waiting period for dogs is shared consistently throughout our site too.
