Savings and satisfaction! Pet insurance should be affordable, yet quality experience. So far the sign up was relatively easy! We look forward to a comparable experience as our puppy ages!

The first time I tried to sign up there was a gliche on the website - the info went through and so did my payment info but the policy never came up, just kept trying to load. I had to wait until they were open to call and make sure I wouldn't end up with double payments if I tried again. It never did go through so I signed up a few days later when I had time to do it again. The second time it was quick and easy and worked fine. Apparently others had same issue i did since the rep on phone was familiar with the problem I had first time around.
