I am not very technically savvy. At times I felt like I was repeating steps over and over. I would really like a paper copy of my dog’s insurance policy so I can take it with me if services are needed. Thanks. I look forward to a good working relationship with Bivvy.

Hi John, we appreciate your feedback! Thank you for the review. There should be a feature once you log on for you to be able to print out you policy. On the, "Policies & Claims" tab, you can find your policy information by clicking, "View Policy Documents". From there, you can download all the documents and files you'd like to print and send them to the printer. We will pass your information along to our Customer Care team so they can help you out even further. Please reach out if you have any further troubles! We'd love to help at [email protected] or 855.434.3744. https://bivvy.com/
