I purchased a headset from black and gray 12/25. It worked great for about 6 months and then the mic just quit working. I reached out to them to see if it still had warranty on it. Unfortunately it didn't but they wanted to know what the issue was that I was having with it. I explained that everything was working fine except the mic. They emailed me and said they were going to replace it at no charge to me even though I had no warranty coverage left. I was not expecting that at all. They have all my future business from now on. I will be recommending their products to everyone who is looking for a quality headset.

Had some trouble with a headset and the company took care of it immediately. Product has been great, service was great... highly recommend

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY QUICK RESPONSE TO EMAILS. DEFINITELY WON A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE.

It's great. Quick change, long talk time.. only is the ear part can hurt your ears.. if it was more circle and not oval, it would be better to cover majority of your ear. I definitely would recommend and purchase this item again.
