Great rich featured cameras and associated equipment, unmatched customer service and competitively priced. Caught a recent incident with an uninsured motorist and my insurance adjuster made this brief comment “an answer to any adjusters day”. She raved at how easily she was able to make her decision.

Their own name products (Blackbox my car Batteries) and dashcams from Korea are very good and quick response and resolve problems very quick. very satisfied their services and the products what they sell.

I'm a returning customer. About five years ago, I purchased a whole dashcam package (camera, battery, etc.) from BlackboxMyCar. During that initial phase, the company was super-helpful and accommodating. A few years later, my battery died, and the company was once again very responsive and helped me to replace my dead battery for free under warranty. I'm happy to say they've retained the same level of high-quality service in my most recent experience. The dashcam I had initially purchased just died (dashcams only have a lifespan of five years due to their grueling operating environments). I reached out to BlackboxMyCar to ask about dashcams compatible with my current wiring system. A representative named Gian replied immediately and gave me a very detailed description and breakdown of the products they had. They basically held my hand throughout the purchasing process. I will always return to BlackboxMyCar for my dashcam needs because I know I'm receiving vetted products. Above all, I'm receiving exceptional customer service and support.

I had a delivery issue with UPS for some decal stickers and blackbox my car stepped in immediately and re-sent my decal stickers. Customer service is very important to me and I really like the way that Black box my car handled this delivery issue.
