I contacted blazepod online chat to query the cones and cone adapters. We had noticed they were not very secure and would fall off. Through the chat I was answered straight away and asked to send a video. From this I received amazing advice to push the adapter further down the cone and it would lock better. I was also sent a picture as to what this should look like. I did this straight away and it worked. I was reluctant to do this initially as I didn’t know if the plastic would snap etc but it was totally fine and made an immediate difference. The service I received was so prompt concise and friendly I came away feeling well supported hence this review. It is sadly very rare nowadays to get this kind of service and care and attention so credit where credits due. Fantastic advice and highly recommended

The customer service was absolutely amazing. The response time was immediate! I’ve never had an experience like this. The one reason why I didn’t give 5 star review was that I felt like there were a lot of tries to reset the pod. After the 3rd set of new instructions, I was feeling a bit frustrated bc I just wanted to get this “to-do” item off my list. I’m a busy mom of 3 kids and I needed to move on to next task. But after I asked if they could just replace the pod. They were quick to respond a yes! So that was great!
