Hi Cathy! I just looked up your order. We shipped within 5 days of your ordering, and it looks like it is still in transit. Custom teas take a bit of time, as they are handcrafted to order with custom labeling as well. Due to Covid and busy Holiday times, USPS is running a bit slower these days. Your custom tea is on it's way to you, so sorry it's taking a bit longer than usual. - Jamah, Owner

Hi Frank, I am so sorry that you received tea that had mint in it, when it is an ingredient you dislike. I scoured through the orders and emails, and I cannot find a single place where it has a request for no mint. That is a very easy fix for us, we will update your account, you will not receive mint in the future. During the warm summer months, mint is a popular ingredient as it is refreshing and cooling. Your account has been updated, mint will never be sent your way :-) Jamah

Hi Dana, We are completely confused, as there is no water source anywhere near the area we make the tea, package and ship from. It must have happened somehow during shipping, maybe the envelope dried? So strange, definitely a first for us. we are completely baffled as how that could have happened. Good news, we guarantee our product, so we will send you a new package out tomorrow. If any issues occur, please always feel free to email us, as we are always happy to take care of our customers.
