For the price, I don't have a single issue with this software. Out of the box, it does lack some some UX elements in the client area, however with how well the code is structured, specifically templates - making the needed functionality changes was simple. If you are experienced in software or know someone that is, you will have complete control over this software with ease. Even so, without that - it still has all the features WHMCS offers at a fraction of the cost, I've only contacted support once, and that was for a developer license. Regardless, they were quick to reply, helpful and friendly.

I’ve been using Blesta for some time now, and I can say it’s an excellent choice. The system is simple, free of bloatware, and comes equipped with all the necessary components for a hosting site. Customization seemed a bit difficult at first, but after several attempts and reading posts on the forum and in the documentation, I managed to customize the template exactly how I wanted. We are now about to purchase an "Owned" license for ourselves. I highly recommend it.
