My parents love the new blinds!

Great product

They were easy to order as well as install. The only problem I had was when ordering I was asked if I wanted the roll to come off the front or back. I thought the front. I now have a sliver if a view. I solved it by rolling it out to more than the sill and pushing it back into the window frame. I was advised I could send them back but then I would not be able to shower upstairs for a while.

Not only do I LOVE my new shades throughout our home but the customer service from this company is hands down AMAZING!! Definitely would recommend and would buy again!!

I received my order in a timely fashion. High quality product and easy installation.

Arrived in good time. They were 3/4 in too wide, but it was easy to cut off the excess.

Arrival time estimates were unhelpful (weeks). Custom blinds shipped directly from china so maybe that's why. Last time I used them it shipped from California. When I ordered samples they never arrived. Quality of the product was fine, but it seems expensive.

Blinds came and are excellent quality. They are a little bit different than the last ones I ordered. They require 2 screws for each bracket instead of one but once hung they look & work well.
