From start to finish, service was above-and-beyond responsive, and my premium Roman shades and blackout cellular shades are beautiful as advertised and easy to install. Very happy with my experience. Will be returning to Blindster again and again!

Although there was a disconnect between the ordered blind length and what was delivered, the situation was corrected in a quick and professional manner. Now that installed (with some engineering due to the curved overhead) the results are AWESOME and the cooling effect in the Catio (we have a tunnel for the house cats to go out) is definitely noticeable.

Hi Larry, thank you for sharing your experience! We're sorry for the initial mix-up with the blind length, but we're glad to hear it was resolved quickly and professionally. Your Catio setup sounds amazing, and we’re thrilled the shades are making a noticeable difference in cooling. Thanks again for choosing Blindster!

ordered blinds but they failed to note that my order would be shipped Fedex Signature Req'd. Problem if you work. CS was surprised and confused this happened. But not more surprised than me. They were less than apologetic - an "is what it is" attitude.
Response from Blindster.com· Aug 22, 2025
Hi Fred, we’re truly sorry for the frustration you experienced with your order and the delivery process. We understand how inconvenient it can be to have unexpected shipping requirements, and we apologize if our response felt less than understanding. Your feedback is very important to us, and we’ll be sharing it with our team to ensure we provide clearer communication moving forward.

Easy install and fit into windows. Supposed to be privacy blinds, but the slats do not close tight at the lower part of the blinds (I order 4 blinds all different sizes). I don't want to over tighten due to the plastic rod/handle, because I'm concerned that they won't take too much torque/pressure before breaking. The blinds do look good in the windows.

Thanks for your review! We're glad the blinds were easy to install and look great. We appreciate your note about the slats and wand. If you need any assistance with your blinds please reach out to our customer service.
