The hidden zippers are miserable to use. After a short time, the silk fabric tore and left unrepairable holes near the zippers rendering them basically useless. I won't ever buy these products again.

Customer service is not good. Reps are untrained and not customer service oriented. No apology, no empathy, etc. I will not purchase directly from this company again.

I first bought 2 regular sized pillow cases, and the zippers started tearing out of them after a few months. I sent emails with pictures, but I got no response whatsoever. I wash them in a laundry bag I use for my delicates, and I always hang to dry, they never go into the dryer. I bought more, and have had absolutely no problem, they are still like brand new, and I’ve had them for a while now. I should have received a discount for these pillow cases since the first 2 literally disintegrated.

Love the pillow cases but all of the zips came unstitched. That’s happened to 3 seperate ones.

I love these pillow cases. I have 5 pair in different colors. But every single one fray along the zipper. I have tried numerous times to repair and sew along the zipper. But they fray again.

I loved the beautiful print of my Blissy pillowcases. However, I washed them, per the manufacturer's instructions, before using them. They dried incredibly wrinkled. I couldn't even iron the wrinkles out. I've never used them because they look so bad. I was very disappointed - I had hoped to make Blissy pillowcases my "go-to" gift for friends and family.

They got my order wrong and when I complained they ignored me. 10 months later they are asking me about it, because I complained again, and they said "if" i had mentioned it in January of 2025, they "might" have done something. According to them, I didn't mention it. I hate white, why would I not mention it!!! I'm not happy at all. And I doubt they will let this be posted. Thank you for your time.

The color was beautiful. Unfortunately, the pillow case did not keep my hair from getting all knotted or not flattened my style. The zipper gradually ripped and I ended up throwing it out. Don’t waste your time or money.
