The quality of the pillow cases are very low. They looked used after the first wash. I have other silk pillow cases I have gotten over the years with pricing much less and much higher quality too.

I bought two Blissy pillowcases and rotated them carefully every few days. I followed all care instructions exactly — gentle cycle, pH-neutral detergent, air-dried indoors. After about a year and a half, one of the seams came apart (photo attached). I contacted customer service with a clear description and photo. They first replied with generic washing instructions, then offered a 25% discount when I asked for a replacement. When I politely followed up to explain that this seemed like a stitching flaw — not normal wear and tear — they stopped replying entirely. A few months later, the same thing happened with the other pillowcase. Based on the lack of helpful response for my first pillowcase, I didn’t even bother contacting them about this one. I’m very disappointed in the quality of both pillowcases, and even more so with customer care practically ignoring me after trying to handle it respectfully. I expected better from a premium brand.

My pillow cases fraid in about six months not worth the money and they did not help hair or skin.

Unfortunately, my pillow ripped at the zipper. I had it repaired & the material ripped again. I no longer use this pillow case, but I loved it…..

Silk very thin. Fabric attached to zipper ripped. Would not purchase again.

I love the pillowcases I have bought over many years as gifts as well as for me! I absolutely love them and they definitely help me 😴 sleep! The customer service is also amazing ! Would highly recommend dealing with them for all you bedtime needs 👍

The product is not well made. I’ve had 2 that totally fell apart at the zipper area. I will not buy any more.

Customer service is awful. I was sent the incorrect size, their fault, and they were very difficult to deal with.
