פעם ראשונה בחיים שלי שאיבדו לי מזוודה. בלו ריבון ענו לי מהר ואמרו שיאתרו לי את המזוודה. הודיעו לי שאיתרו ואח״כ מתי ואיך אקבל אותה. קיבלתי את המזוודה תוך כמה שעות. מזל שבלו ריבון שהחזיקו לי יד ואיתרו לי את המזוודה, לא הייתי רוצה לעבור את הסרט הזה לבד בחיים.

Save your money! We did everything and was denied. We filed our paperwork as soon as we reached our final destination and realized the luggage was lost. We emailed them that it was lost within 12 hours. The final reason for denial was that our connecting flight at Heathrow was cancelled and changed and we did not call them with notification of the change. They only communicate through email. Save your money!
