When I bought them they told me by mail that they have a delay with the orders. I waited 3 months. After that I stayed polite and wrote them that I understood the delay and asked them for an update on my order numbers. After that they mailt me back with a track and trace number from DHL. In one week the blvckpods arrived. Really good quality and so worth waiting. Thanks Blvckpodsteam! From spain P.S. The track and trace number they provide is only visible on the DHL US website.

Dont order.. the order never got there.. take the money and send you an invoice, however nothing ever gets delivered.

It’s a scam! Don’t buy from these guys. They’ll take your money and never ship out the earbuds. I’ve sent 4 emails and they never did answer me back about sending anything or returning my money. Don’t waist your time with theses guys!

Absolute SCAM!!! Took way to much money out of our account and never received any confirmation on purchase. Been trying to contact them through emails and 24/7 support but never reply my messages. In the process of getting my money back through my bank. Don’t be fooled people!!! 🤬 SCUMM 😡

I placed an order just two days ago and the money has been taken out of my account but I am yet to receive a confirmation email saying that they received my payment and the order will be prepared. Did anyone else not receive an order confirmation from their purchase from the BlckPods *official* site and get their parcel. I'm really stressing cause the money has been taken out but I keep getting emails from their Info email address address with *come back, we miss you* or *did you forget something* all those types of messages where the site sees you put something in your cart but then left the page. I am so confused - SOS help please

This appears to be some sort of scam. I order my black pods two months ago and he have not arrived. They apparently ship to the UK but it doesn’t take two months to do this. Avoid avoid avoid
