Ordered a lower unit from them which was over $3500 after taxes. Ordered it with sales rep on phone to make sure I received the correct one. I was assured for that price it was complete and ready to bolt on and use. Took about 8 days to receive. When I had finally had my mobil mechanic install it, he said not to use it until I get the screens that this unit didn't come with for over $3500! Now I can't use the boat until I purchase these screens that I believe should have came with a ready to go lower unit. I asked customer service and of course they sent me info on their order information for these screens so I could order it through them after just spending $3500 for a ready to go lower unit!!!😆 Ill be sure to get the screens from ebay at this point and NOT use this company again.... He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the repairs I need to make on the lower unit of my Mecury outboard motor. He made sure I ordered all the right seals and parts to complete the entire repair. He wasn't just an order taker, he knew what I needed, looked up all the part numbers and made a very comprehensive list of parts for me.
