Excellent customer service and fast support
We purchased a shower system from Boelon about a year ago and recently had a small issue with one of the push buttons. What really impressed us is their customer service. This is already the second time we contacted them with a question, and both times the response was incredibly fast, friendly and very solution-oriented. In both cases the issue was handled immediately and replacement parts were sent without any discussion. That kind of after-sales support is rare and really appreciated. Communication with Tony and the team has always been professional, helpful and very customer-focused. Highly recommended – not only because of the products, but especially because of the excellent service.
