Since I thought I was being smart for once, I’d already gone out and bought a mountain of matching accessories—so now I’m stuck with a pile of stuff that won't even work with the 'Onyx Leopard' replacement they’re pushing on me. I’m not a fashion guy or a tech expert, but it feels like I’m being charged a 'patience tax' for a mistake their website made. They’re only offering a 25% refund to keep a bag I didn't choose, which doesn't even cover the cost of the accessories I now have to replace. Is this normal for them?
