Bones CoffeeReviews of bonescoffee.com

The sample packs were great for my first order and good price. The smell that you get when you receive them is wonderful.

Delivery was delayed, but the customer service was exceptional. The products are good quality as promised.

Fast delivery, no damage to package, coffee is good.

I've literally looked several years for a flavored coffee that actually tasted that flavor and was **great**. I finally found that coffee at Bones Coffee Company. Loved the opportunity to try their five sample pack picking the flavors I wanted to try in small quantities. Found a few flavors that I think are fantastic and will be a steady customer with them for a long time.

The coffee is the best I have ever had. Love the flavor options and many of the flavors. Also the freshness is amazing. The beans are roasted to fill each order. This gives the freshest most delicious tasting coffee. The website needs improvement but the coffee is the best.

For all the hype that I have seen over them, I was really disappointed in the coffee. I ordered the 5 bag sample pack and selected: White Russian Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Strawberry Cheesecake Chocolate Raspberry Chocolate Orange Of these, the best one was the Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream and the worst one was the Strawberry Cheesecake. I won't order these coffees again, though, because the flavor was so light it was barely a flavor at all. I've been on a mission to find flavored coffee that I can drink black so that I dont have to add sugar or milk to it - and these weren't it. Actually, even when adding sugar and milk, I still didn't care for them so much. I researched other flavored coffee and I have since ordered from a company called Berres Brothers Coffee, which I preferred a lot more.

I would give them a -0 if I could. Their service is garbage. Sent several emails asking where my order was because it was unfulfilled for over a week of purchase. No response. No refund. I had to contact my bank. Coffee bones are Aholes!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Love the coffee, but service is awful. No customer service. They don't fulfill orders on time, or even close to on time. Don't order if you want it within 30 days.
