My experience was great because of Greg Adams. He was a real professional in handling my file. He was always taking time to answer and explain my questions and supported me all through the project which was the first time for me. I would rate the BookFuel a five star plus because of my experience with Greg .

3 years working with BookFuel
3 years working with BookFuel
I have had a great team to work with under the supervision of Anthony Ashwin the manager who had put on my disposal Robert Green for my first book and Georgina for my second book.
Throughout the process of publishing my books , I have learned a lot .
Suggestions and recommendations were made in both parties and consensus was reached .
I am confident that my 3rd book will be published by BookFuel.
Sincerely

My experience with BookFuel has been…
My experience with BookFuel has been very positive. Publishing a book is a significant journey, and having the right people supporting you throughout the process can make a tremendous difference.
What I have appreciated most about BookFuel is the communication and support I’ve received from the team. I especially want to recognize Jim. He has been excellent to work with, professional, responsive, and consistent about keeping me informed. Whenever I’ve had questions or concerns, he has taken the time to listen, explain things clearly, and help me understand the next steps.
I also appreciate that my experience has felt personal rather than transactional. As an author, you invest a great deal of yourself into your work, so it matters when the people helping you publish and promote it treat your project with care and respect.
My journey with BookFuel is ongoing, particularly on the marketing side of the process, so I’m looking forward to seeing how everything develops. What I can say at this stage is that I have felt heard, supported, and valued as an author.
Thank you to Jim and the BookFuel team for your continued support and willingness to work with me as we move forward. I’m grateful for the experience so far and look forward to what comes next.

If you are thinking of asking Bookfuel…
If you are thinking of asking Bookfuel to publish your book, then I feel I should warn you against it. Bookfuel-whose American holding company was at one time struck off the register at Business House-are disreputable in that they lack transparency when it comes to informing you of the costs. They will string you along. Yes, they say, they can publish your book, but you will need to pay 800 pounds sterling, a sum you consider reasonable. So you send off your MSS and pay the money. They will then tell you that to take your book forward they will need to employ an editorial team and that will cost you a further 2500 pounds sterling. If you are stupid (or desperate to see your book published) you will pay up. They will then ask you to pay yet more money for the ISBN numbers. You will by now have the distinct sense you have been conned, and rightly so. Bookfuel appear intent on fuelling their bottom line by means less than reputable. I rue the day I ever heard the name Bookfuel.
Isuggest you publish your book with Amazon KDP. They will do what Bookfuel allegedly do but won't charge you a penny.
Should you find that this post has been taken down, you will know that my request to be reimbursed the 800 pounds I paid has been successful.....something in Bookfuel's nature I suspect will prevent.

I have had a rough go with publishers
I have had a rough go with publishers; then my health went bad and made things more difficult. However, when I found Book Fuel, things changed for the better. Ken, the owner, was the first person to really get the importance of my books, so he put me with the perfect team. Robert, Frank and Allie are all insightful, understanding and most helpful at all times. This is my first publishing experience, so they have had to be patient with me - which they have. My team has become more like friends than merely business associates. That means a lot these days... John St. John
