Everything was executed perfectly. Driver was great, very helpful and courteous. Set up is extremely easy as well.

Juan Rodriguez is a great driver
Juan Rodriguez, our driver, was a careful driver in less-than-ideal conditions and took care of everything we needed. His car was spotless and comfortable. Communication from BookingLane was excellent. Highly recommend this service.

Great trip to CHS!
Mohammed got me to CHS in no time at all! He’s a safe and courteous driver. Nice comfortable SUV. Would definitely book with him again!

In Charlotte
In Charlotte, Driver dropped 90 year old passenger at the wrong airport departure airline (Dropped at Delta, should have been American). Driver did not bring her up to the ticket counter As requested on line, called in the night before and text to driver in the morning. Meet & Greet was paid for despite her not having any bags.

Comfortable and dependable
Greeting at the airport, guidance to the pick up spot, very safe and quiet driving. It was a comfortable ride.

Sonny our driver was excellent

Online scheduling was easy but driver was not the best experience…
Online scheduling was easy but there was not any communication about driver changes the day of our service. I would not recommend our driver Adel as our guests were texting us to ask if they could ask him to pull over and if I could provide a different driver or car service.
