Printing ok / product damaged
I loved the video on their site that detailed the printing process. The printing was good. However, several of my booklets came with frayed, torn edges and were covered in dust. I had to wipe them down before passing them out. Also, the paper just felt a bit less than 80lbs. and was rather transparent so don't print full color photos on the front and back of a page.

Hello Christian, I'm sorry you were not fully satisfied. We already re-printed your booklets and used a heavier paper stock at no cost to you. Hope you like them! JB
