Working with Book Publishing Plus on my book project was a great experience. A dedicated team of editors, designers, and a team manager helped me every step of the way. Emma Felix, the project manager, made sure that all my questions were always answered immediately and promptly addressed any of my concerns during the publishing process. I appreciate the team's attention to detail and dedication to making this experience seamless.

From the first day till the last the team leader Solomon and his editors were there for me every step of teh way, there was no questions that was not answered regardless time of day. As too the work, they did editing to perfection and made the cover design just stunning. I first thought , this might not go the way I wanted. I would recommend anyone thinking to go with them , they will be satisfied and I'm so happy with the end results. I had lots of questions and each one was answered . I plan to work with them again on the next book.

I had a fantastic experience working with Helen Cooper as my Project Manager. Helen was very efficient at delivering my project to a very high standard. There were a number of things I had to grasp to enable me to complete the project, however Helen was clear and concise with her communication and Project Managing skills to ensure everything was done to a high standard. Helen gave 110% of her time, energy and committed herself to my project to deliver Excellence for me and I am truly grateful for all she has done to help me.

It took nearly ten months to publish my book. For some reason, several issues continually came up while it was going through the Amazon Publishing platform. Fortunately, at one point, when I was thoroughly disenchanted, Mr. Marshall Salazar stepped in and resolved the issues, unlike the other well-intentioned customer service personnel. What makes Mr. Salazar different from the others in his position is his knowledge of resolving any problem that may surface and his professional demeanor. I am a 78-year-old former Marine Corps Vietnam Veteran and Los Angeles Police Officer and I have seen it all. I believe Mr. Salazar is of management material and a real asset to Amazon Publishing. Respectfully, Mr. Al Moreno

Zayne was clear, came to the point and gave as much info as was possible by chat alone. For more, I'd need a call. But for a start the message was clear and fast.

I was writing to make some enquiries about a book idea we had at the charity I work for. I spoke with Max to find out about prices, timings and how things would work. he was really helpful and should our project move forwards, I would definitely get back in touch.

I had a misconception about publishing a book, even though it has always been my dream. It turned out to be easier than I had anticipated. My sincere appreciation to Max Milton for spending the time to go over the steps and my available options.

Great team, helpful, efficient and altogether a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend.
