From the outset, as I was thinking about having my poems put into book form, by chance I came across Books & Ink Publishing. My first contact was a young lady named Hazel. She spent over a half an hour answering my questions and guiding me through the process, explaining every detail. After deciding to invest, another helpful young lady named Siya communicated with me several times a week. I was allowed to choose the cover, paper color, font type and size. The team was open to all my suggestions and was quick to get back with me to proofread the changes. It was very obvious this company wanted me to be 100% happy with my finished product. What a great feeling to hold and read my thoughts in my own book! Everyone I show it to is pleased and offers compliments, so much so that I’m working on Volume 2. My First-Time Publishing Experience As a first-time author and someone who had never written or published a book before, my experience with Books N Ink has definitely been a learning experience. There was so much about the publishing process that I didn’t know or understand, and I am truly grateful that I had their help along the way. Working with Jay has been a big part of that experience. I never thought I would of published the book I was working on but after going through Books N Ink and speaking with Zoe Daniel, she helped me through the process and we r working on a great book.
